玉蔵院再び…（Gyokuzo-in Temple Again） [westie Pieechan]
9月15日、春の枝垂桜満開のころと違い、境内に人影はありませんでした。
＜縁起＞
平安初期に弘法大師により創建されたと伝えられている。境内の地蔵堂には、本尊とは別に平安時代末期の作となる地蔵菩薩立像（埼玉県指定有形文化財）が安置されており、地蔵信仰の寺として長い歴史を持っているそうな。本尊の大日如来座像は、宝永7年(1710)の作。
＜ちょっと怪しい英語ですが、海の向こうからの訪問者用説明です＞
It is reported to have been founded by Kobo Daishi in the initial peace. The Jizo shrine of the temple, has been enshrined in the (Saitama designated tangible cultural property) Jizo Bodhisattva statue which is the work of the late Heian period separately from the principal image, I likely have a long history as a temple of Jizo faith. Dainichi seated statue of Buddha is, created in 1710.
